We love hosting special occasions at the Gaggle of Geese. Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, kids parties, business meetings & away days and more.
We are happy to work with you to tailor the day to suit your ideas and budget. The Gaggle offers a versatile space both inside and out.
The interior of the pub can offer seating for well over a hundred guests. Our function room is ideal for an evening boogie or skittle match.
Outside, our gardens extend to over four acres and include shepherd huts, camping, BBQ shack, wood-fired pizza oven, hog-roasts, ice-cream parlour and mobile bar. We can even offer use of our double giant tipis with space to seat up to 120. A perfect space for a bespoke event.
Our double-decker playbus is available as a venue for kid's parties.
Our camping & huts are available as a whole for exclusive use for special occasions.

“We had our wedding on the 8th July and WOW, what a day! We had an outdoor ceremony in one of the shepherd hut gardens. and had our reception under the marquee. From start to finish both Simon & Sarah were incredible.
Everyone that attended said how amazing it was, we had everyone outside playing football and even had our first dance under the marquee. The food was incredible & everyone has asked for the pubs details so they can take family back there as they loved it so much.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you both for everything you did to make our day so special. We wouldn’t change anything. Every detail we wanted was listened to so carefully and was executed on the day so perfectly.
